We are looking for an Automation Supporter to be part of a IT support team of 8 handling daily IT/OT support for our production facilities, which consist of a filling factory with more than 35 fully automated systems. You will be part of a young and inspiring team, where we help each other and work closely together. Key responsibilities are support operations with a focus on computerized equipment uptime, ensuring records of inquiries to the IT guard by telephone and mail, and by creating knowledge articles for support guidelines.Working at Novo Nordisk
