We are looking for a passionate and talented individual or two to join our team and help us shape the future of medical technology.About the RoleAs a key member of our R&D team, you will contribute to the development, optimization, and scaling of our biomimicking zwitterionic polymer platform. Depending on your expertise and background, you will play a critical role in:Polymer Expert:

• Designing and synthesizing innovative zwitterionic polymers.
• Developing interpenetrating polymer networks (IPNs) and evaluating their performance.
• Collaborating on the integration of polymers into medical devices.
• Analyzing material properties, including thermal, mechanical, and biocompatibility characteristics.

Engineer:

• Developing and optimizing processing techniques for polymer materials.
• Scaling up production processes, including synthesis, purification, and coating.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to integrate polymers into device prototypes.
• Conducting failure analysis and proposing solutions for process improvements.

Technician:

• Supporting laboratory-scale polymer synthesis and material characterization.
• Conducting routine testing, including tensile strength, DSC, and other analytical techniques.
• Maintaining equipment and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Assisting in the preparation of samples for internal and external evaluations.

What We’re Looking ForEducation & Experience:

• Polymer Expert: MSc or PhD in Polymer Chemistry, Material Science, or related fields.
• Engineer: BSc or MSc in Chemical Engineering, Material Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Technician: Technical degree or equivalent experience in polymer processing or material characterization.

Skills & Competencies:

• Understanding of polymer synthesis and characterization techniques (polymer expert).
• Experience with medical-grade polymers and their regulatory requirements is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with processing methods and equipment (engineer/technician).
• Proficiency in material testing and analysis tools (e.g., DSC, TGA, FTIR, mechanical testing).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
