As our Sales Manager, you will take charge of the daily operations of a high-performing sales team in the Nordic region, managing both new and existing customer accounts. Your focus will be on driving growth, fostering strong customer relationships, and ensuring that both you and your team consistently achieve and exceed set targets.Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and mentoring your team to deliver strong sales results.
• Understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions based on material specifications and requirements.
• Driving sales efforts with key industries.
• Supporting your team in delivering excellent service and fostering long-term customer relationships.
• Managing trading operations efficiently while identifying and expanding new business opportunities.

This is a hands-on role where you will play a pivotal part in ensuring operational success and customer satisfaction.What You Bring to the Role
To succeed as a Sales Manager, you should have:

• Proven experience in sales and team leadership.
• A background in project sales and technical industries.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to inspire and collaborate.
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems is a plus.
