We tailor solutions across auditing, tax, financial advisory, enterprise risk services, and consulting.About the DepartmentThe Accounting & Reporting Advisory team is a team focused on creating value through advisory services in complex accounting and external reporting needs (e.g., conversion to IFRS, technical accounting analyses and issues, solving general accounting challenges, various M&A accounting services, and capital market transactions).The Accounting & Reporting Advisory team is part of the Assurance Offerings department, which is one of the initiatives we have launched to support the transformation that companies’ finance functions are undergoing in recent years. Since our inception six years ago, Assurance Offerings has grown to include 90 dedicated consultants working across all aspects of the financial domain. We collaborate closely with our clients to advise, transform, optimize, drive, and shape the finance functions of the future.We are now looking for graduates to join us in August 2025.Job DescriptionAs a Graduate, you will work with a variety of clients, projects, and challenges. Based on client needs, your skills, and your preferences, your tasks will primarily focus on:

  • Conversions to IFRS or US GAAP, e.g., in connection with IPOs or business sales.
  • Assistance and specialized accounting advisory within IFRS and local accounting legislation, such as responding to ad hoc inquiries, preparing accounting memos, consolidations, financial statement preparation, etc.
  • Support to audit teams on complex accounting areas, including financial instruments, business acquisitions, and similar topics.
  • Support in the due diligence process, such as preparing analyses of selected accounting areas and identifying differences in accounting practices.
  • Accounting assistance following business acquisitions, including determining purchase price and handling contingent consideration as well as purchase price allocation.
  • Advisory related to IPOs, e.g., assessing the company’s readiness and providing support during the IPO process.
  • Support to audit teams on issuing statements related to prospectuses, IPOs, bond programs, and similar matters.

  • A relevant student job experience.
  • Interest in finance, accounting and complex accounting issues related to the financial reporting.
  • A passion for consulting work, with a willingness to learn, grow, and make a difference for both clients and colleagues.
  • A relevant educational background in finance, economics, accounting, auditing, or similar fields.
  • Strong academic performance.
  • The ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
