As our BI Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in designing and maintaining robust data solutions, enabling Teleperformance to excel in decision making and operational efficiency. This is a highly technical role where you’ll work hands-on with tools like Power BI, SQL, and Azure Data Factory to create data pipelines, build interactive dashboards, and optimize reporting processes.If you thrive in a problem-solving environment and enjoy turning complex data into actionable insights, we’d love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities

• Data Reporting & Visualization: Design, develop, and maintain insightful Power BI dashboards and reports to support decision-making for finance, HR, and operations teams.
• Data Pipeline Management: Build, optimize, and maintain data pipelines, overseeing the ETL process.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and translate business requirements into actionable data insights.
• User Training & Support: Provide training and guidance to business users on interpreting data reports and effectively utilizing BI tools.

Who You Are

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within BI.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Power Platform (including Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps), DAX, and SQL. Familiarity with Azure Data Factory, Power Query, and Azure Data Studio is a plus.

• Soft Skills: You are proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in communicating insights across teams to drive meaningful action. You’re a go-getter, and collaborating with different departments comes naturally to you.

• Communication Skills: You express yourself clearly and effectively in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
