We are a multidisciplinary team dealing with a variety of aspects ranging from technology, internal audit and controls, to compliance. We support our clients to transform and elevate the ways in which they leverage technology, data, processes, and controls, to address financial, regulatory, operational, and IT risks within their business operations.The Controls Advisory & Internal Audit team is an international team comprised of a multitude of educational and professional backgrounds with a broad perspective and a wide range of competencies.   • Advise on ethical applications of data, data governance, data culture and data quality to help our clients become data driven and transform their data into business assets of the future;
  • Analyze financial, operational and ESG business processes and related controls, e.g., through data analytics and machine learning, to identify risks and advice companies on optimal ways to improve compliance with internal and external requirements (such as SOX and CSRD);
  • Identifying automation possibilities of processes and related controls, to optimize the ability of organizations to manage key risks effectively;
  • Work with the largest SAP organisations by advising, implementing, and supporting before, during and after their S/4 HANA transformation programmes;
  • Designing solutions with a focus on functional and technical aspects, including user experiences, while ensuring alignment with Deloitte’s delivery methodologies and assets;
  • Advisory, co-sourcing and outsourcing of Internal Audit and Compliance functions to help clients to understand their risk and governance system with the purpose to provide value-added insights and recommendations to manage the business in a responsible manner.

Job DescriptionFinance Transformation is part of Deloitte’s consulting practice and consists of 350 dedicated consultants who work within all aspects of the CFO area and engage with clients to advise, transform, optimise, and operate the finance function. We have private and public as well as national and international clients across different industries and of different sizes, and we work with the lion’s share of C25 companies and public institutions.In our recruiting process, we are looking for graduates that fit in one or more of the following profiles: SAP, Internal Controls, Internal Audit, Data Science, Business Analytics and Data Governance. The following skills and experiences are relevant for all three profiles:Internal Controls

  • Great interest in internal controls and enthusiasm about innovative thinking and doing things differently.
  • Relevant experience within the area of internal controls, SOX, internal / external audit, finance, or IT controls is a plus.

Internal Audit

  • Ability to analyze data and identify patterns, discrepancies, areas of risk and develop effective controls.
  • Relevant experience within the area of internal / external audit is a plus.

Data Science

  • Ability to translate client needs into models and features from structured and unstructured data.
  • Fluency in relevant programming languages, such as Python, R and/or SQL.
  • Experience working in cloud systems with data and deployment.

SAP

  • Above all, you have an interest in modern SAP technology and its role in the business landscape.
  • Knowledge about identity and access management, or SAB Basis is a plus.

Business Analytics

  • Knowledge about data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience in Excel, Alteryx, KNIME, or other data management tools.
  • Experience in relevant programming languages, such as Python, R and SQL.

Data Governance

  • Experience in process analysis, design, and implementation.
  • Data modelling and data architecture.
  • Interest within AI ethics and governance.

  • A degree in subjects such as statistics, engineering, mathematics, computer science, artificial intelligence (AI), audit, astrophysics, business administration or similar with a focus on technology, economics, accounting, finance and/or information management.

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
