Hva vi ser etter Who We’re Looking ForYou might be a great fit if you:Have experience as a guide or front-line tourism professionalAre fluent in English (fluent Norwegian is a considerable advantage; French, German, or Spanish are also valuable)Know your way around Canva, photo/video tools, and MS365 and can navigate your way could-based applications and interfaces.Are curious about or passionate about Bergen and the Fjord RegionAre self-driven, organised, and creativeCan represent our organisation with professionalism and diplomacyEnjoy being part of a collaborative, supportive teamArbeidsoppgaver What You’ll Be Doing * Product Development & ManagementOrganise and maintain our existing tour productsImprove and update our offerings based on feedback and performanceDevelop new tour ideas in collaboration with guides and partnersCreate a structured product catalogue for B2C and B2B clients * Marketing & Sales InfrastructureHelp build and manage our webshop and booking channelsDevelop a marketing strategy for both individual travellers and business clientsCreate engaging content – from tour descriptions to visuals and campaignsSupport and manage key partnerships * Occasional Operational Support
