That’s why we’re now looking for a dedicated HSE Project Manager to lead and strengthen our commitment to zero-harm culture across all our Datacenter projects. A strategic role with real-world impactThis is not a support function, it’s a key leadership role. As HSE Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that every Bulk construction project meets the highest standards of safety, compliance, and sustainability. You will be involved from early design through procurement, construction, and commissioning aligning internal and external stakeholders, suppliers, and project teams to deliver safe outcomes at scale.You will literally shape how safety is built into our infrastructure. Your expertise will help us deliver on our promise: building critical digital infrastructure without compromise on human or environmental well-being.Whatyou’ll do — and why it matters * Develop and implement project HSE strategies, systems, and procedures that meet both legal and Bulk’s high internal standards

  • Ensure strong HSE planning throughout all project phases – from design reviews and site surveys to risk assessments and mitigation planning
  • Follow up and support dedicated HSE coordinators in both design and construction to maintain consistency and quality
  • Lead proactive HSE audits, inspections, and performance tracking, driving improvement, not just compliance

Oversee incident investigations and follow-up, ensuring learning, transparency, and corrective actionEnsure project HSE performance monitoring, analysis and reporting toward Corporate/Company organisations, support the organization in meeting its HSE KPIs. * Train, motivate, and engage project teams, contractors, and stakeholders in a shared HSE mindset

  • Represent Bulk in regulatory inspections, customer meetings, and stakeholder forums as a trusted authority

Your leadership will help create environments where safety is everyone’s priority – on site, in design rooms, and in boardrooms.You will thrive in this role if you have: * A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent experience

  • Recognised HSE certifications (e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH) and training in risk assessment and audit practices
  • Strong knowledge of the Norwegian Construction Client Regulations
  • Strong knowledge of international HSE standards like ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HSE roles, including 5+ years in a managerial or construction management positions
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects in construction, infrastructure, or engineering industries
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English

Bonus points if you also bring: * Experience with data center projects (greenfield or brownfield), particularly with hyperscaler or colocation clients

  • Training in emergency or crisis management
  • A Master’s degree or additional project management certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2)
