You pride yourself on delivering the best consumer experience.How you’ll help us.Based at our Nordic Head Office in Gothenburg, you will be reporting to the Senior Activation Specialist, and as part of the role, you’ll help us to continue to build our brand by:Developing activations for local initiatives in line with Nordic and EMEA focus areas and the overall campaign calendar taking into account local consumer insights and business needs.Integrating and amplifying local events and sports marketing assets, e.g. marathons, other running events, tournaments, PR events and athletes to drive recommendations and trial opportunities.Managing the execution of local events and campaigns integrating all touchpoints to create a consistent and engaging consumer experience.Communicates and coordinates local market activities with event agencies, and other stake holders.Supporting local relationships with athletes, teams and federations, communicating local market insights and requirements to the regional Sports Marketing Asset Specialists.Communicating and coordinating local market strategy and activities with PR agencies, and Regional PR leads.Coordinating and amplifying reviews and recommendations across all marketing channels and materials.Identifying potential partners to develop activation plans that build brand preference and help drive reviews and recommendations.Maintaining monthly budget tracker for assigned activities, reporting actual versus budgeted spend.More about you.2-3 years’ experience in marketing in an international company, preferably sporting goods or FMCG.Bachelor’s degree or degree from a higher vocational education within marketing, business administration or equivalent field.Project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.An understanding of the Nordic market and its unique dynamics.Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.A results-driven mindset, with a focus on delivering measurable impact.You have a clear passion for sports.You have a natural ability to connect with, and influence a variety of stakeholders. You are comfortable in presenting to a wide audience.A holder of a clean driving license and willingness and flexibility to travel across the Nordic Region (able to work evenings and weekends if needed during for example events).Swedish and English language skills (spoken and written).
