• M&A Strategy
• Due diligence services, including:

• Commercial due diligence

• Carve-out and integration planning and execution
• Value Creation Services

Our team combines expertise from strategy, finance, operations and technology to provide tailored, high-quality insights that inform investment and divestiture decisions, as well as post-deal value creation. Operating across the Nordics and in close collaboration with offices across the globe, we work seamlessly to deliver comprehensive solutions during critical phases of the deal lifecycle.We are seeking Analysts to join our Stockholm office in August 2025. In this role, you will support clients through integration and separation programmes, manage various aspects of the M&A process and engage with stakeholders to optimise deal value. You will conduct high-quality research and analysis, delivering strategic insights and work alongside our analytics experts to uncover new opportunities from big data and advanced analytics. Additionally, you will develop rapport and trust with clients, drive programme management, prepare presentations, facilitate workshops and contribute to business development activities that enhance Deloitte’s market presence across the region.QualificationsA successful candidate has the following qualities:

• Completed MBA or Master’s degree with strong academic results
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Prior experience in strategy development or any part of the M&A lifecycle is beneficial
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility in handling the demands of deal cycles
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel
• Fluency in written and spoken English and preferably Swedish or another Scandinavian language
• Can-do attitude, goal-oriented and positive mindset
