Job Category: SupportJob Description:We are seeking a Junior Controller/Finance Analyst with a strong focus on analytics, managing projects and improvement initiatives in the finance Team.
The Junior Controller is a member of a team of Financial Team in our Medical Devices area delivering high quality controlling services across region.

  • Analyze and oversee financial data
  • Support and conduct tasks related to the monthly closing processes
  • Support planning and forecasting processes
  • Support the invoicing process
  • Providing support with administrative and financial tasks
  • Maintain financial master data (e.g., structures in finance systems)
  • Review balance sheet items, especially those related to accounts receivable, work in progress, accruals and profit and loss analyses
  • Work closely with other departments in a supportive and advisory capacity (e.g. Operations and Sales)
  • Actively monitor and analyze management data from production systems to ensure data quality and support the local management team in improving performance, processes and financial control (FC) accuracy
  • Deliver overall quality in the financial processes
  • Support or lead projects and improvement initiatives

  • A University degree (Finance/Controlling/Accounting/any other relevant professional degree preferred)
  • Professional experience in controlling, finance, data analysis in a multinational company
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas)
  • Experience in Microsoft Power BI, including data modeling and report/dashboard creation
  • Experience in automating reporting processes using Power BI and integrating data from multiple sources
  • Experience with ERP systems and Business Intelligence tools
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • A demonstrated track record of working in a fast-paced environment
