Job DescriptionYour responsibilitiesAs a Junior Financial Assistant, you’ll you the Financial & Administrative processes department in the . Your future team is in charge of the preparation and follow-up of CERN budget.In this position, you will:

  • Contribute to the preparation of official documents (e.g. CERN Medium Term Plan);
  • Prepare financial indicators to monitor the progress of the expenses;
  • Perform some budget updates in CERN financial tools;
  • Prepare templates to gather financial information;
  • Provide support in the budget follow-up of large projects.

Your profileSkills

  • Proficiency with Word and Excel; Knowledge of Power BI would be an advantage.
  • Attention to detail;
  • Ability to work autonomously.

Eligibility criteria:

  • You are a national of a

. * By the application deadline, you have a maximum of two years of professional experience since graduation in Administration, finance or accounting (or a related field) and your highest educational qualification is either a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

  • You have never had a CERN fellow or graduate contract before.
  • Applicants without University degree are not eligible.
  • Applicants with a PhD are not eligible.
