Job Title: Junior Project Manager – Power/Electricity Projects
Location: Roscrea
Salary: €35k-€40k + vehicle +benefitsOverview:
Sparktel are currently recruiting for a Junior Project Manager to join our client based in Roscrea, Co. Tipperary. We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Junior Project Manager to work on a variety of power and electricity infrastructure projects. As a Junior Project Manager, you will assist in managing and coordinating project activities, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Managers in planning and executing power and electricity projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and client to ensure effective project delivery.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure all aspects are on track.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and project plans.
• Identify and resolve project issues promptly, escalating when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Contribute to risk management and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.

Experience Required:

• 2+ years in a similar position as a Junior PM, Project Coordinator or Project Administrator with experience in the Power or Utilities Industry a distinct advantage
• A Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Strong IT Skills, particularly MS Excel
• Previous experience or knowledge of project management software like MS Project, Primavera, would be a distinct advantage
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements.
