Our client who are Irelands leading Modular Building Company are seeking a Junior Project Manager to join their team. This company focus on four key Irish industry sectors which they believe benefit most for modular construction methods – Education, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical & Commercial. They provide solutions to suit large scale temporary, hybrid and permanent projects lasting over 60 years.As Project Manager you will oversee the successful delivery of Education Projects in Waterford. Upon completion of this project there will be the opportunity to extend your Contract.Requirements

• Trade background or Construction related degree
• 3+ years management experience with a medium to large scale developer or contractor
• Knowledge of latest Building regulations and Standards
• Excellent standard of communication
