In the Investment Products & Offerings department, part of the broader Private Banking & Investments organization at Danske Bank, we provide the foundation for a highly competitive investment product offering towards Danske Bank’s private customers across the Nordic markets. We constantly seek to enhance our customers’ financial wellbeing and guide private customers in their wealth planning anchored by sound investment concepts and recommendations, helping our clients reach their long-term financial goals. The new team member will join our Investment Concepts team, a crucial component of the Investment Products & Offering department. This innovative group is focused on securing the highest standards of quality and innovation in our investment concepts. The team’s work concentrates on continuously developing and refining our investment concepts to ensure relevance and value contribution for our customers. Their efforts are vital in maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of our investment recommendations, directly contributing to our overarching goal of enhancing customers’ financial well-being.In this role within the Investment Concepts team, you will handle both changing and recurring tasks, supporting assignments throughout the Investment Products & Offering organization. Your analytical skills and creative mindset will be key in driving the development and refinement of investment concepts that will shape the future of our customer engagements.You will:

• Develop and implement quantitative methods for diverse projects to enhance data-driven decisions, streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Create tools to convert database information into actionable business insights.
• Analyse investment portfolios and custody holdings across various customer segments.
• Evaluate the effectiveness and relevance of investment recommendations.
• Work on developing and refining investment concepts using quantitative foundations.

Detail-oriented quantitative analyst with an interest in investments
We are looking for a candidate with an interest in investments, investment products, and financial markets, who is skilled in developing quantitative frameworks and analyses. Your technical skills, combined with a proactive, open, positive and collaborative mindset, and a wish to engage with many great colleagues, will be essential in advancing our team in a continuously evolving environment. We do not expect you to bring many years of experience, but instead the ideal candidate will have:

• Proficiency in SQL and basic knowledge of database schema.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, C++, or R.
• Curiosity and motivation for handling non-routine tasks and thriving in engaging settings.
• Notable creativity, self-motivation and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to initiate and drive projects efficiently.
• Proficiency in English and a Scandinavian language to effectively communicate and collaborate across our diverse teams.
