As a Junior Sales Manager at Siemens Energy in Finspång, Sweden, you’ll collaborate with our regional sales teams to support our Medium Size Gas Turbine Service business. You’ll have the chance to work both from our office and remotely, giving you the flexibility to balance your work and personal life. Your day will be filled with opportunities to build strong relationships with customers and regional representatives, all while learning from experienced sales managers and contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional service.How You’ll Make an Impact
- Collaborate with regional sales teams to quote, forecast, negotiate, and close service orders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with regional entities and customer organizations.
- Assist in managing commercial risks and coordinating technical issues, including maintenance planning.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of departmental processes, tools, and products.
- Travel to meet with regional representatives and customers, enhancing relationships and understanding their needs.

- A degree in engineering, such as mechanical, electrical, industrial or related fields.
- Enthusiasm for building and maintaining relationships, with a willingness to develop negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with a readiness to engage in customer-facing roles.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new tools and technologies.
- A collaborative spirit, eager to grow and contribute in a dynamic team environment
