Level: Consultant.Location: Finland/NorwayMain responsibilities:· Serve as a subject matter expert in Adobe’s Experience Cloud solutions (AA/CJA, AT, RTCDP, AJO, ACC, AEP), advising clients on best practices for implementation, governance, privacy and technology utilization.· You will serve as an integrator between business requirements and technology solutions, helping to create technology solutions to meet clients’ business needs.· Defining systems strategy, developing system requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementation.· Perform accurate analysis and effective diagnosis of client issues and manage day-to-day client relationships at peer client levels.· Stay updated on the latest Adobe Experience Cloud and AEP features and industry trends to guide innovation and continuous improvement.Challenges: Person will require continuous development in and around the relevant Adobe technologies. Working in a busy and remote internal team. (International) Business travel will be required from time to time depending on customer needs.Opportunities:Opportunity to expand into other areas of digital marketing through associated Adobe technologies.CompetenceMust have· Fluency in a Nordic language (Finnish or Norwegian). Ideally able to communicate with stakeholders speaking Norwegian.· Tag Management Solutions: Adobe Launch, Tealium, GTM· Digital Analytics tools: Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics· Knowledge of Customer Data Platforms· Good knowledge of SQL, XML, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS· Experience creating and defining data model· Experience with API integrations· Great collaboration and communication skills
· For Norwegian candidates: Specialisms should be Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) & Realtime Customer Data Platform (RTCDP)
