Join us and design the future of compliance in life science!We’re thrilled to open a brand-new position on our team for a Junior Visual Designer who’s eager to build on a solid creative foundation – and grow every step of the way.This is your opportunity to help shape the visual identity of a fast-growing scale-up that just raised €23M in Series A funding. You’ll be at the intersection of digital design, content creation, and commercial impact, working closely with both the Marketing and Sales teams to move the needle for some of the world’s most respected life science companies.Whether it’s a photo shoot, a product video, or a piece of content that fuels our demand gen engine, your work will be seen, shared, and felt across the industry. If you’re the kind of person who wants to dive in from Day 1, own your output, and see real impact fast,we want to meet you.RequirementsYour responsibilities will include:

• Creating digital assets (visuals, layouts, animations) for campaigns, landing pages, and ads
• Capturing and editing video and photography for SoMe, our website, sales decks, and internal use
• Designing branded content for both online and offline channels
• Collaborating closely with performance marketing, content, and sales teams to build assets that perform
• Supporting Nils (our current designer) in taking ideas from concept to execution
• Working your way up the creative to-do list –from everyday tasks to higher-level design concepts

We imagine you are:

• Recently graduated or with 1–2 years of hands-on experience
• Comfortable across tools like Figma, Adobe CC, and maybe even Premiere/After Effects
• A natural storyteller with an eye for layout, rhythm, and visual clarity
• Eager to learn and build a versatile design toolbox across photo, video, and visual design
• Not too precious about “awards” –you care more about impact and traction
• Excited to work in a collaborative, commercial setup where your work drives real business value
