Are you ready to join the Fearless?Job DescriptionAs part of the Frasers Visual Team, you will provide support for the continued growth of the business, working with leading brands.You will work with the Visual Merchandising team to maximise store turnover, profit and sell through, achieved through strong visual merchandising, space management and brand collaboration whilst maintaining the Frasers Group and Brand standards.This role is ideal for somebody with retail experience looking to elevate their career.COMMUNICATION

  • Gather & consolidate information to support VM with creation of comms packs
  • Under the guidance of the Visual Merchandiser and Manager, writing visual merchandising guidelines based on commerciality, profitability and with the customer experience in mind. Ensure these communications are updated and developed weekly and seasonally, in conjunction with the wider Visual Team and are aligned to business structure and strategy
  • Liaise and collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to create, instruct and implement campaign updates for retail stores that work cohesively with our digital and online channel.
  • Communicate with stores on product launches and key moves
  • Keep the VM homepage up to date with the latest guidelines

ELEVATION

  • Work within the Frasers brand to support the Manager, Merchandisers and Area Managers on new elevation projects.
  • Travel and attend store installations when required to provide support to Retail teams.
  • Attend store visits with VM teams to identify and address areas of improvement, devising actions plans to monitor and track progress.
  • Ensuring our Flagship store locations maintain the highest standards of product presentation through visual audits.
  • Communicate and help to resolve issues during a refit or installation. (Including POS, unitary, merchandising, stationary, stock allocations)
  • Ensure windows and all marketing material is in place; report missing material and work with Marketing to ensure re-delivery if necessary.

OPERATION

  • Ensure implementation of merchandising guidelines is complete in stores and to the correct standard.
  • Localised store support: Where needed, working in specific store locations to offer training, guidance and support where required.
  • Liaise with brands to ensure their visual standards are upheld and executed, the Frasers Group way
  • Support Visual Merchandiser in key operational planning and implementation in fascia activity.
  • Support with general maintenance and department administration duties.
  • Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders regarding any issues surrounding products or projects
  • Attend store visits with VM and VM manager to identify and address areas of improvement, devising actions plans to monitor and track progress.
  • Support other stores with moves and elevating standards whilst not working on new store and refit installations

Qualifications

  • 1 year experience within VM or working in retail
  • Highly organised demonstrating strong skill set in planning and prioritisation.
  • Strong communicator both verbally and in written form
  • Relentless in approach to self-development, ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates an inspirational attitude that contributes to a positive team environment with the ability to deliver key objectives
  • Proactive team player and builds positive working relationships across departments and with key stakeholders.
  • Good awareness of commerciality, retail standards, visual merchandising and competitors.
  • Self-motivated and results driven.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Thinks without limits and is fearless in challenging, inspiring others to do the same.
  • Good knowledge of PowerPoint, InDesign, Excel
  • Desirable – Adobe Design packages, database knowledge
