AVL Hungary Kft. offers a job in Hungary (HU) asJunior Website Quality Assurance & Support SpecialistTasks and Responsibilities

• Test new features and perform routine inspections and quality tests.
• Execute general test cases to verify the stability and functionality of the company website.
• Manage and update website content as needed.
• Train team members and other users on the Content Management System (CMS).
• Create and maintain documentation for the CMS manual.
• Handle tasks assigned through the ticket management system, including troubleshooting and minor changes.
• Investigate user complaints.
• Document testing results and maintain records for analysis.
• Collaborate with the website development team to establish quality requirements.
• reate and maintain test plans and test cases based on user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Execute tests and report defects during each iteration.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improvements to the development team.
• Ensure that the software meets the requirements and is ready for release.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to contribute to process improvement.

Requriments

• At least a secondary school education (Relevant training and/or certifications in Quality Assurance, or Agile Scrum),
• 1-2 years relevant experience
• User-level computer skills (MS Office), knowledge of nexon and SAP is an advantage,
• You can use your English language skills (B2) confidently both orally and in writing (Hungarian is a must),
• You are a responsible person who performs their work precisely and conscientiously, customer-oriented,
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying issues.Ability to train users and create comprehensive documentation
• You are characterized by excellent problem-solving and communication skills, You like working in a team,
