Grieg Seafood Sales is growing and looking for a new Key Account Manager.You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with existing and new customers worldwide and connecting with important business executives and stakeholders. You will be our link between the customers and our cross-functional internal teams to ensure our product’s timely and successful delivery according to our customers’ needs. Our main products are farmed Atlantic salmon, whole gutted, and value-added salmon. This position will report directly to the Sales Director, and to fill the role, you should have a commercially driven, goal-oriented mindset and drive to achieve the company’s objectives.   • Sales of Grieg Seafoods product portfolio to designated markets
  • Identify and develop profitable customers and new business opportunities for Grieg Seafood
  • Engage in strategic customer partnerships and contract negotiations
  • Planning and executing an effective plan to cover the area of responsibility
  • Ensure operational excellence through cooperation with your colleagues in supply chain, logistics and finance
  • Market analysis
  • Manage credit limits, payments, claims handling
  • Travel to trade shows and customer visits must be expected

Desired Qualifications

  • Preferably experience from a similar role in the seafood industry, but not a prerequisite
  • Relevant bachelor’s degree
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English is required. Proficiency in a third language is an advantage but not a requirement
