We’re working with a powerhouse in the fire safety and compliance space – a fast-growing, tech-forward business delivering critical life safety solutions to major commercial clients across the UK.They’re on the hunt for a driven Account Manager to own and grow key accounts in the North. If you’ve got fire systems experience, a head for strategic sales, and the confidence to manage big-name clients, this could be your next career-defining move. The role:
- Manage and develop relationships with medium to large end-users, contractors, facilities management firms, NHS, and local government clients in the Northern region.
- Drive service growth through the sale of fire and security solutions, focusing on maintenance and fire detection services.
- Engage with clients at executive levels, including procurement, project management, risk control, health and safety, and engineering departments.
- Conduct on-site surveys and collaborate with the design center for larger opportunities.
- Proactively manage territory activities, including white spacing, cross-selling, up-selling, and lead management.
You will bring to the business:
- Sales-driven with a positive and proactive approach.
- Ability to operate effectively under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing circumstances.
- Self-motivated, organised, and possesses excellent customer care skills.
- Experience in system sales within the fire protection industry.
- Familiarity with industry standards and a working knowledge of fire safety systems.

- Up to £60k basic salary DOE
- ~£15k ontop in commission, however this is uncapped
- Hybrid
