Are you an experienced B2B professional passionate about sales and relationship-building?First Camp is seeking a Key Account Manager to drive our business-to-business partnerships and expand our corporate client base, in Denmark and Norway. We have 70 destinations in Sweden, Denmark, and Norway and are experiencing record growth. Our vision is to become the world’s leading camping chain. We are now strengthening our central team with a dedicated role responsible for B2B sales in the Denmark & Norway region.This role is crucial for First Camp’s development and aims to drive sales within the ‘B2B’ sector. Currently, First Camp operates 18 destinations in Denmark & Norway, and we see significant potential in increasing sales for all destinations outside of the summer months.As an Account Manager for Denmark, you will report to our Head of Sales, based at the Support Office in Stockholm.[You will be in a team of four, with Key account manager for Sweden and a Sales cordinator for backoffice support.Position Overview:As a Key Account Manager (B2B) at First Camp Denmark and Norway, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our portfolio of corporate clients. Your goal will be to grow our B2B client base by developing relationships with organizations, securing bookings, and ensuring long-term partnerships with our services. You will work closely with our sales team (located in Stockholm), and operations teams (on our campsites across the region) to provide tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and partners, acting as their main point of contact for all service-related inquiries.Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities, companies directly and new partners. Your main target company will be construction, infrastructure and engineering companies with longer project bookings.Custom Solutions Development: Collaborate with internal teams to create customized offerings and packages that cater for project and group bookings.Negotiation and Contracting: Negotiate terms, finalize contracts, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process.Account Management: Monitor and analyze sales metrics for each account, ensuring targets are met and clients are retained over the long term.Booking Coordination: Work with corporate clients to plan and coordinate group bookings ensuring smooth execution and alignment with First Camp’s standards.Reporting and CRM Management: Track and document sales activities, client interactions, and other relevant data within the CRM, Salesforce, to maintain a thorough client profile for every account.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in B2B sales, account management, or client relations, ideally within hospitality or a similar industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing large accounts.Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in CRM software, Salesforce is a plus, and Microsoft Office Suite.Language: Fluent in Danish and English. Swedish and Norwegian is a plus.Personal Attributes:Results-driven and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit. Able to work independently, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
