You can look forward to exciting new product launches that can save lives and improve the quality of life for many people!We are looking for a strong communicator for the position ofKey Account Manager – CVRM, Cardiovascular, Renal, and Metabolic DiseaseYour ResponsibilitiesRepresenting AstraZeneca standards and values in external interactionsProactively identifying business opportunities and evaluating possibilities for implementing the managed AZ portfolioDeveloping strategies and creating concepts for business development, aligned with account objectives and needs. The strategies include: goal setting, milestones, and action plansCreating account plans as well as measuring and tracking success, strictly adhering to all internal and external regulations and codesIdentifying, building, and, if needed, further developing network structures (physician network, patient network, diagnostics, etc.)Establishing strategic partnerships while considering individual customer needsManaging customers in both hospital and office-based settingsProfessionally conducting patient- and customer-benefit-oriented discussions at a high scientific levelIf required: delivering specialist presentations, both internally and/or externally for AZCross-functional coordination and close collaboration with FLSM, other field staff colleagues, the brand team, and patient safetyProactively sharing market insights and information within AZ to optimize marketing, sales, and medical activitiesMentoringPreparing monthly reports (competitive analyses, competitive intelligence, etc.)Segmentation & targetingBudget planning and responsibilityRequirementsAt least 4 years proven work experience in a similar role in a multinational matrix company and previous industry sectorGood command in English and German (written and spoken)Certified sales representative according to §72 AMGAuthorization according to §72 AMG, a university degree from the fields of human medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, or pharmacy in AustriaVery good knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and the Austrian healthcare systemIn-depth knowledge of the hospital marketExcellent product knowledge and expertise in the therapeutic areaStrategic planningCommercial awarenessAnalytical business and audit reporting skillsExcellent project management skillsGreat sales and negotiation skillsPrevious working knowledge of CRM SystemsWe OfferA great team in a lively and diverse environmentStarting salary from €68,279 gross per year.
