You will act as a trusted advisor, driving customer success through tailored solutions, long-term planning, and deep industry insight.Key Responsibilities

• Own and develop strategic account plans for top-tier customers in the Datacenter and AI domains.
• Lead commercial negotiations, contract renewals, and long-term partnership development.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, service, and support teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
• Identify growth opportunities and lead initiatives to expand our footprint in AI-driven infrastructure and hyperscale environments.
• Stay ahead of market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies relevant to datacenter and AI operations.
• Represent the company at industry events, customer briefings, and executive-level meetings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in key account management, preferably within the datacenter, cloud, or AI industries.
• Strong understanding of power infrastructure, cooling systems, and digital transformation in mission-critical environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
• Fluent in English; Norwegian language skills are a plus.
