This role will establish and maintain relationships with relevant key stakeholders within the Pharmacy space in Sweden including chains, Hospital Pharmacies, Pharmacy distributors and online pure play pharmacies.Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Key Account Manager (KAM) Pharmacy Channel role will make an impact:Key Responsibilities for this role include:Establish, Develop and maintain relationships with key Stakeholders within the Pharmacy Channel for both prescribed and non-prescribed drugsSecure that investments are balanced vs Potential, Market Share, relative customer size etcNegotiations with customers regarding agreements of pricing, discounts, visibility and activitiesWork closely with Brand Managers to secure accessibility of key products throughout the life cycleSupport the work related to establishing new categories and work with internal cross-functional stakeholders such as Market Access, Medical and RegulatoryGive input to S&OP process for relevant part of the portfolioIncrease the value Viatris offers to customers through understanding of the industry and customer engagement processes.The minimum qualifications for this role are:For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is requiredPharmaceutical / Healthcare experience and Pharmacy Channel Management is requiredExperience with CRM is requiredStrong knowledge of Power Point and Excel and strong communication & presentation skills is requiredExperience in commercial analytics is preferred and Project management is requiredAt Viatris, we are dedicated to building a truly diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t fully align with every requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
