Make your mark for patientsWe are looking for a Key Account Manager Rheumatology Denmark who has a passion for patient health outcomes, with a drive to build strong lasting relationships and enthusiastic innovative mindset, to come join our Nordic Immunology team to be based in Denmark.About the roleAs a Healthcare Professional Partner, you will amplify and strengthen the matching of UCB therapeutic options with appropriate patients in assigned territory employing strong collaborative relationships and targeted approach to key HCPs as well as implementation of optimal omni-channel solutions.You will also work across key accounts to build collaborations and networks across the health ecosystem to drive change and improve the life of the Rheumatology patient pathway.Who you will work with:In this role you will work with the wider commercial organization to develop and execute commercial strategies in your own area. Share and develop best practices from the wider UCB and within the Rheumatology team. You act as single point of contact for HCPs by applying deep knowledge of UCB solutions and connecting the right resource at the right time, and work closely with the MSL and other UCB colleagues. And externally you build strong external customer and stakeholder relationships within the Rheumatology area.What will you do:

  • You have the responsibility of your area and drive sales of UCB products
  • Drive patient value projects with key healthcare stakeholders to lift the management of Rheumatology diseases patients in Denmark and patient access to UCB products
  • Tailor omni-channel tools to impact HCPs based on individual preferences
  • Defines and executes an impactful tactical plan within territory of responsibility
  • As part of a multidisciplinary team coordinate stakeholder management in a community based environment through two-way interactions with HCPs helping them to provide optimal care
  • Establishes strong business relationships with HCPs within assigned territory
  • Matching of UCB therapeutic options via a deeper understanding of targeted HCPs patient population by deploying a tailored approach (communication and tools) and solutions

Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:

  • Bachelor’s Master’s degree preferred in Life Science
  • Experience with scientific product differentiation
  • Strong (strategic) account management and relationship building skills
  • Eager to apply and/or experience with digital customer engagement
  • Launch experience from the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience within rheumatology & immunology areas is an advantage
  • Experience of working with digital solutions is an advantage
  • Ability to establish successful networks, teamwork
  • Excellent communication skills (Danish + ENG written & spoken)
