You will not only conduct quality control analyses but also take initiative in implementing and optimizing solutions. Your technical knowledge and hands-on experience with various instruments and techniques will be crucial in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality.Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Control and Analysis: Perform and oversee quality control analyses based on established specifications. Utilize your knowledge of various techniques and instruments to accurately assess and adjust production processes on a laboratory scale.Problem-Solving and Optimization: Proactively identify and address issues in production processes. Apply your expertise to suggest and implement effective solutions that enhance efficiency and quality.Instrument Proficiency: Operate and maintain a variety of analytical instruments (e.g., pH meters, UV spectrophotometers, GC, HPLC, viscometers). Knowledge of Gas Chromatography (GC) is highly desirable. Ensure all instruments are calibrated and functioning correctly.Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with operations operators, logistics personnel, and process engineers. Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of raw materials and final products through rigorous testing and adherence to ISO 9001 standards. Support the maintenance of high standards in production.Support and Training: Assist with orders, instrument maintenance, and training of new staff members.
