We offer everything from various sports communities to internal hackathons – not to forget the yearly Consulting Trip where all our colleagues get together off-site to create life lasting memories.Job DescriptionAs a Lead Developer, you will be responsible for leading technical teams through the entire development process-from requirements specification and architecture to implementation and testing. You will work closely with both clients and internal stakeholders to ensure that our solutions meet their business needs and technical requirements. Your role involves setting the technological direction, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring best practices are followed throughout all deliveries. As a Lead Developer, you are expected to contribute actively to the professional development of the team and act as a mentor for junior profiles.In this role, you will make an impact by:

  • Contributing to the planning and design of technical architectures (both on-premises and cloud), focusing on foundational principles and best practices.
  • Implementing robust and secure software solutions, providing value and stability for our clients.
  • Assisting in the implementation of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and adopting DevOps practices to streamline development workflows.
  • Joining in on workshops and sales pitches and contributing to proposals for new client projects.

QualificationsYou hold a Master’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably with a focus on Computer Science, Engineering, or other relevant fields such as Information Technology or Software Development. You have at least five years full-time experience with software engineering in large-scale digitization projects, acting in a consultant role and using your problem-solving skills. You have a high proficiency in written and spoken English and are either a native Danish speaker or possess a high proficiency in written and spoken Danish.What you bring to the team:

  • Deep technical knowledge in Java, C#/.NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, or one or more other widely used programming languages.
  • Experience with Cloud native development on AWS, Azure or GCP or other modern development frameworks.
  • Experience with modern DevOps practices such as CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code and test automation.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex problems with a clear, strategic approach.
  • Strong communication skills, able to articulate technical concepts to a variety of audiences and work effectively with clients and internal teams alike.
