-Engage in testing, building, conducting lab work, ideating, innovating, brainstorming, and more
-Both managerial and hands-on engineering tasks, spanning mechanical, electronic, and software disciplines

-Education: · MSc or BSc degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, Automation, or a relevant field
-Minimum of 5 years of relevant working industry experience in Mechatronics, Robotics, Automation, or a similar field with proven results in Solution Creation activities
-Expertise in project management; minimum of 3 years of experience in managing projects. Studies and/or certification in project management methodology is an advantage·
