Finance Business Partner, DBS PDYou will join a global team of Finance Business Partners supporting Product Development and Operations across the DBS division in Grundfos, supported by a strong financial analyst team. Your business stakeholders will be the VP of Product Development, and our Product Management Teams.What is the job about?As Finance Business Partner for Product Development, you take end-to-end accountability for the financial partnering towards the Product Development Leadership Team. Furthermore, you deliver on business cases for development projects, financial management, productivity programs and performance management.Your main responsibilities:

• Act as a key strategic sparring partner and finance one-point-of contact towards the Product Development leadership team in DBS.
• Bridge perspectives between Product Management, Product Development and Operations across DBS division.
• Create business cases for all development projects / early-stage ventures in DBS.
• Financial management of the Product Development budget in DBS.
• Develop, implement and drive performance metrics across the full R&D area in DBS.

Your backgroundWith exceptional problem-solving skills and a knack for creative thinking, you bring extensive experience in financial- and performance management. Your strong project and change management abilities are complemented by a solid foundation in accounting. You also possess a proactive mindset, enabling you to work independently while maintaining a high level of ambition and a genuine desire to continuously learn and grow.We imagine that you have:

• Master’s degree in finance or other relevant.
• Experience working within accounting.
• High level of strategic thinking and experience in partnering with executives.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent communication skills.
