If you are passionate about creating efficient and user-friendly applications, we encourage you to apply.ResponsibilitiesImplement features detailed in the requirement specifications and design documentsDesign and create sub-systems or complete solutionsMentor less experienced developers on the teamReview and analyze code qualityCollaborate within a distributed global team of developers to accomplish proposed initiatives, providing application architecture and implementation insightsGain a clear understanding of clients’ requirements, technology expectations, and solution architecturesPartner with clients and internal teams to craft suitable solutionsShare and discuss ideas with team members, demonstrating problem-solving capabilitiesRequirements6+ years of relevant experience, including leading a team in an agile environmentKnowledge of Dart, including hands-on experience with its latest versionsFamiliarity with design patterns (GoF and application architecture best practices)Competency in state management frameworks, such as Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, Redux, or MobXUnderstanding of dependency injection tools like GetIt and InjectableCapability to develop custom widgets with adherence to Material Design and Cupertino guidelinesSkills in networking, including REST APIs, JSON parsing, HTTP, and DioProficiency in asynchronous programming using Futures, Streams, and async/awaitExpertise in unit testing and widget testing with Flutter’s testing librariesQualifications in Git with experience in workflows like branching strategies, PRs, and conflict resolutionBackground in integrating third-party libraries using Flutter Pub PackagesExpertise in cross-platform development, including configuring apps for both Android and iOSBackground working in Agile teams with sprints, retrospectives, and associated ceremoniesCompetency in applying SOLID, DRY, and YAGNI principlesIntermediate or higher spoken English proficiencyNice to haveCapability to set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Fastlane, Codemagic, or GitHub ActionsExpertise in advanced testing strategies, including Golden tests and the use of mocking frameworks like MockitoSkills in animation development using Flutter Animation libraries, Rive, or LottieFamiliarity with the use of feature flags for feature managementKnowledge of platform-specific native code, including Kotlin, Swift, Objective-C, and Java integration via platform channelsUnderstanding of GraphQL for API implementationWe offer/Benefits
