As part of our HCM & CloudBorn unit, you’ll help customers unlock their potential through modern, scalable Workday solutions.When joining Tietoevry Tech Services as a Lead Solution Consultant:You’ll play a key role in implementing Tietoevry Tech Services’ strategy by delivering high-quality services at scale and fostering a culture of excellence. You’ll be involved in the full implementation lifecycle—from gathering requirements and designing solutions to testing, deployment, training, and documentation. You’ll also contribute to pre-sales efforts and have the opportunity to shape new offerings and ideas that drive customer value.Main tasks for Lead Solution Consultant includeLead your area of responsibility within Workday implementations and servicesAdvise clients and team members on best practices and solution approachesTranslate client needs into effective business solutionsCollaborate with sales to develop and present proposalsProactively suggest new ideas and improvements for clientsSupport pre-sales and bid creationMentor and coach other consultants in your area of expertiseAre you the one we are looking for?We’re seeking someone with extensive Workday talent implementation experience and capability to lead and mentor others.
