Together we will accelerate transformation for a more sustainable future.We are looking for you,Senior Project Planner (Lead Planner, Plant turnarounds)to work in Neste’s plant investment turnaround projects!You will focus on project portfolio planning and progress controls, construction contractor schedule management and integration of plant investment projects with maíntenance works in order to create one turnaround schedule. In this role you will work closely with portfolio and project management, and also with the maintenance planning Lead for integrating the TA works.You will be leading the investment project planning team and report directly to the Turnaround team. Close coordination with project planning line management is needed to ensure resource and workload management for TA planning. We organize free bus transportation to Kilpilahti for our employees from the capital region, Porvoo and the nearby areas.Your role in our teamLead the Planning process in turnarounds for plant investment projects, contractor scheduling, integration process between investment and maintenance projectsLead the turnaround daily progress monitoring,control and reporting process with coordination of construction contractors, maintenance planning and other stakeholdersLead and facilitate the planning process, compile basis of schedule of all type of investment projects, communicate the schedule status and provide the analysis to project management, portfolio managementSet up the project and portfolio schedule development and control as well as progress reporting in all types of projects independentlyCalculate the project progress, forecast the future, review the status with project management and update the schedule for future works when necessaryActively engage with Project Team and relevant customer representatives as well as other stakeholdersDrive development of professional planning processes and practices. * Close coordination with TA portfolio and Line management to manage resources and workloadOur work combines accountability, cooperation, and the desire to develop and renew. Working safely at all times is essential to all of us.The best combination to succeed in this roleB.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering, BBA or equivalent combination of education with at least 8 years of project management, control and planning experienceStrong focus on future oriented project delivery skills, developing new ways of working and driving project schedule should be at the heartAbility to prepare project schedule of all levels for all phases of investment projects and able to identify bottle necks on the project looking at the schedule and advise the project team accordinglyExcellent leadership, communication and inter-personal skills in English (mandatory), other languages are an advantageWorking (Strong) knowledge of scheduling tools is mandatory for this position (i.e. Primavera, MS Project, etc.)Turn around planning, scheduling experience with process industry is an advantage for this positionWe value the experience in industrial investment projects in e.g. project management, engineering, procurement, site operations or construction as this will make the demands of this role faster to adapt to.
