Therefore, we are looking for a Lead System Engineer to become part of this journey and contribute to our overall purpose – securing people through advanced technology.Your role in our teamAs Lead System Engineer, you will be the technical lead for T.react Critical Infrastructure Protection projects throughout the full system lifecycle – from early scoping to final testing and acceptance – and serve as the primary technical interface to the customer.You will work according to a V-model development approach, where you will be responsible for the system tasks while cooperating closely with software, hardware, and mechanical engineering teams.You will join our End-to-End (E2E) department in the Integrated Product Development division under Multi Domain Systems. You will be working on innovative protection systems – ranging from wide area protection to enclosed site protection – involving advanced sensor technologies and integration with broader defense and civil systems.How you will make a meaningful contributionYour key responsibilities include:

  • Represent the E2E technical view in customer dialogues and internal project meetings
  • Translate operational needs into system-level requirements and solution descriptions
  • Contribute to project scoping and estimation of engineering hours
  • Ensure technical alignment across disciplines and stakeholders
  • Coordinate system design, sensor integration, and inter-system communication
  • Specify and plan system-level testing and complete functional verification, bridging all technology domains
  • Participate in the execution of test campaigns to ensure the system performs as intended
  • Ensure traceability across the E2E development process and produce system level documentation
  • Participate in the continued development with Product Management and other stakeholders for the T.react CIP software

Bring your world class expertise into playYou are fluent in English both in writing and verbal at a professional level. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement. We are looking for a colleague who has:

  • A degree in Engineering e.g. within Electronics, Software, Systems, Physics, or similar related field
  • Significant experience with multi-disciplinary system engineering
  • Familiarity with sensor systems (radar, camera technologies, sonar, etc.) and system integration
  • Experience working in the V-model, from early requirements to system test and validation
  • Preferably experience in sensor fusion, computer vision, or signal processing
  • Ability to estimate and plan system development tasks across domains

It is a plus but not a requirement, if you have technical experience working in airports, offshore environments, wind turbine installations, or power plants.As a person, you are a team player, structured, analytical, and capable of seeing the big picture. You have strong stakeholder communication skills – both technical and non-technical. Thrive in cross-disciplinary collaboration and understand how to balance ambition with delivery.
