Join us to create the future Posti!Join Posti’s Competence Development Team – We are looking for a new Learning Manager!As a Learning Manager, you will play a key role in developing Posti’s leadership and the competencies of our employees. In this role, you will design, facilitate, and implement diverse training programs, with a particular focus on supporting leadership development. The role also includes coordination of the training programs and other routine tasks.In this role, you will work closely with several stakeholders, such as business units and the HR department. You will be part of Posti’s People, Development & Wellbeing team, where we develop recruitment, onboarding, employee skills, and future leaders. You will work in an energetic and supportive team, where you will have the opportunity to learn, grow, and receive the necessary support for your work.What we expect from you:

  • You have a relevant degree (e.g., education, communication, HR)
  • You have several years of experience as a trainer and facilitator in a large organization, as well as in designing and implementing comprehensive training programs for various target groups at different organizational levels. You can also manage and utilize external partner networks.
  • Experience as a coach is considered an advantage
  • You act in accordance with Posti’s values (reliable, respectful, progressive) and promote their implementation
  • You are proactive, positive, and solution-oriented
  • You have excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • You have good written and spoken skills in both Finnish and English
