Position: Legal Administrator
Location: Dublin
Type: Full-TimeOur client, a well-established and reputable law firm, is seeking a Legal Administrator to join their team. This position is ideal for candidates with a degree in law, prior administrative experience in a professional environment, or 1+ years of experience as a Legal Secretary or Legal Executive. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the firm’s legal professionals, ensuring efficiency and high standards in daily operations.Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Assist with preparing, formatting, and proofreading legal documents, correspondence, and reports to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • File Management: Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring compliance with confidentiality protocols.
  • Client Liaison: Handle client inquiries efficiently and courteously, providing updates and directing queries to the appropriate team members.
  • Scheduling: Manage diaries, book appointments, and arrange meetings, including preparation of required materials.
  • Document Processing: Support the preparation and filing of legal documents, including court forms and compliance submissions.
  • Billing Assistance: Assist with invoicing, maintaining accurate records of client accounts, and tracking payments.
  • Research Assistance: Perform basic legal and administrative research as needed to support case preparation and client matters.
  • Ad Hoc Duties: Provide support with various administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth running of the office.

Key Requirements

  • A degree in law or a related field is preferred but not essential.
  • Prior administrative experience in a professional setting is highly desirable.
  • 1+ years of experience as a Legal Secretary or Legal Executive would be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to quickly adapt to case management software.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
