Location: MaidstoneJob Title: Legal Advisor/Solicitor – Residential PropertySalary: Negotiable (Dependent on experience)Hours of work: Full time/permanent working Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00 (Hybrid working available)We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Advisor/Solicitor specialising in Residential Property to join our highly reputable client based in Maidstone.
As a Legal Advisor/Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients on all matters related to residential property transactions.Key Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and leases
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and deeds
- Conducting due diligence on properties and ensuring all legal requirements are met
- Representing clients in negotiations and settlements
- Providing legal support and guidance to other team members
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in property laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) and qualified as a Solicitor
- Proven experience working as a Legal Advisor/Solicitor in Residential Property
- Strong knowledge of property laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
