Legal Counsel 0-3PQE | Fintech | LondonThis innovative and fast-growing fintech company are seeking a Legal Counsel with strong commercial and financial services experience to join their high-performing legal team.You’ll work closely with the GC and wider business teams to drive business growth, deliver strategic legal advice, and manage complex transactions.The BusinessThis fast-growing fintech company is revolutionising the financial services landscape with its cutting-edge technology solutions The company offers a range of innovative products that cater to both businesses and individuals, making transactions, payments, and financial management more efficient.ResponsibilitiesYou will tackle a wide range of commercial contracts, supporting key stakeholders, product owners, and teams across the business. Acting as a key member of the legal team, you will also cover corporate matters, as well as some corporate matters. You will work on commercial matters from inception to completion, ensuring that all deals are aligned with the technical requirements and business goals.You will have the opportunity to cover some broader in-house legal issues, such as; dispute resolution, legal research, policy development and much more. Additionally, you will resolve issues that arise in existing commercial deals, providing pragmatic, solutions-focused legal advice to help the business navigate challenges.Requirements0-3 PQE UK Qualified SolicitorExperienced within commercial, corporate and regulatory lawExperience in Fintech or Financial ServicesWhat’s on OfferHybrid working, Private Medical, Enhanced maternity/paternity pay, enhanced parental leave and much more.If this role is of interest, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
