Role – Legal Counsel: We are seeking a commercially minded solicitor / Legal Counsel to join a global business providing a diverse range of technologically advanced products and solutions to both UK and international customers. This pivotal role offers exposure to complex legal matters, genuine career development, and the chance to make a significant impact within a collaborative and innovative environment. Key Responsibilities: – Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts; – Support with new business, tenders and bids in key international territories; – Provide strategic legal advice, and manage legal risks; – Drive compliance and governance initiatives alongside specialist compliance colleagues; – Represent the Legal Function in business-critical discussions and projects. About you. What we’re looking for: – A UK qualified solicitor with relevant commercial experience; – Ideally well-versed in contract and general commercial law; – Direct experience supporting and leading contract bids and negotiations with commercial customers if preferred; – Resilience, adaptability, and strategic thinking under pressure; – Ability to collaborate effectively and influence positive outcomes.
