PurposeAs a legal counsel at SAS, your day-to-day work will include providing timely, accurate and business oriented legal assessments and advice (advising, negotiating, drafting legal documents) in a wide variety of areas including competition law, commercial agreements, regulatory matters, marketing law, passenger and consumer rights, and data protection issues. The work is international and involves many external contacts.
The legal counsels at SAS are responsible for providing legal expertise in projects and matters across the entire SAS Group. We handle all legal issues within SAS, except for labor law and tax law. We are now looking for a legal counsel focused on competition law and commercial law to expand and strengthen our dynamic team. Background and ProfileWe are looking for someone with a Swedish law degree and minimum three years of experience in qualified legal work from a company and/or law firm.
- You have documented knowledge in competition law and experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts independently.
- The role requires a pragmatic and business-oriented approach while maintaining integrity and high-quality legal advice.
- You have a service-oriented attitude, the ability to prioritize time and resources and take initiative.
- You are outgoing, unpretentious, and enjoy working both independently and in collaborative projects.
- You have an excellent ability to express yourself clearly in both written and spoken Swedish and English.
