AufgabenAre you interested in actively shaping the future of a leading European construction group?The STRABAG Group is one of the largest construction companies in Europe. In Denmark, it is represented by ZÜBLIN A/S, which has realised successful projects such as the Nordhavnsvej road link, BLOX and Axeltorv.As part of CML Construction Services A/S, the contract management and legal department of the STRABAG Group in Denmark, we support ZÜBLIN A/S as well as other STRABAG companies on site. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced lawyer who can optimally support our operational units in small and medium-sized projects in the areas of residential construction, social construction, pharmaceuticals and industry.With us, you can expect a responsible position in which you will be in charge of exciting construction projects focussing on construction law and contract law. Working closely with our local lawyer Morten Wedel, you will have the opportunity to contribute your specialist knowledge in a targeted manner and actively contribute to the successful realisation of our projects. At our location in Gyngemosen, north of Copenhagen, you will work with a great deal of freedom and thus play a key role in shaping not only your own role, but also the future of ZÜBLIN A/S.Areas of responsibility * Strategic legal advice for international enquiries to ensure the smooth running of projects

• Handling legal proceedings, including court and arbitration proceedings, as well as communication with external legal advisors
• Conducting internal training courses, especially in construction law, to strengthen the legal knowledge of the teams
• Evaluating time and cost claims in close cooperation with contract managers to ensure successful project completion

Qualifikationen * Completed law studies at a Danish university

• Several years of experience in a legal department or law firm with a focus on construction and contract law
• Bar exam is an advantage
• Fluent in Danish and English, confident in negotiations and legal documents
• Clear, open communication with clients, subcontractors, consultants and internal partners
• Pragmatic, solution-orientated way of working in a dynamic, international environment
• Passion for working in an international organisation and team spirit for mutual growth
