Would you be excited to join a company where you will have the opportunity to work towards a more sustainable future?If you are thinking YES and YES, please keep reading as we are now looking for a Legal Counsel to join Stora Ensos Legal Services team!As a Legal Counsel you will work in Legal Services team and support Stora Ensos several business divisions with your legal expertise. You will act as an active business partner directly with business, helping them to identify and manage legal risks and opportunities.In your day-to-day work you will negotiate, draft and review different types of business agreements, such as sales, sourcing and other commercial agreements and NDAs, and provide legal assistance, support and advice in questions related to standard forms and templates, contract processes and R&D. Also, occasional questions and tasks concerning disputes, claims and M&A may enrich your workdays. You will also provide legal trainings to your business division colleagues, monitor the regulatory landscape and participate in internal development work within the Group Legal and the business divisions as necessary.The Legal Services team consists of around 8 professionals in several global locations. The position is based at Stora Ensos headquarters in Katajanokka, Helsinki.
