Broadgate Search is excited to have partnered with a Swiss Energy company in their search for a Legal Counsel in Zurich, Switzerland.Your area of responsibility:In the Legal Team you will accompany the Company and its subsidiaries on their way to a successful and renewable energy future. You will work closely with the internal and external customers, using LegalTech tools and modern working methods. Your workplace is in Zurich, with the option of working from home.You will primarily take on the following tasks:

• You advise on projects and activities in their energy, networks, electromobility and solutions business areas
• You accompany various construction projects from the award of the contract to completion
• You create, check and negotiate contracts of all kinds with key customers, project partners and communities
• You will work on the creation of sample documents and the legal training of our employees
• As a member of a small legal service, you can expect a variety of tasks and questions from across the entire group of companies.

Your profileYou are a motivated and team-oriented personality who can work in a fast-paced environment and enjoy delivering tangible results. You are used to working independently, efficiently and digitally, enjoy taking on responsibility and enjoy developing pragmatic solutions for demanding projects in a team.You have successfully completed your law studies and ideally have a Swiss bar license. You have also gained professional experience in the legal service of a company or in a law firm. In-depth knowledge and professional experience in construction law is an advantage.You speak German as your native language, knowledge of French would be very welcome.What is on offer:The company offer you an exciting, diverse challenge in a dynamic and well-organized team.
