Job description

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 1. Creating files and inputting relevant data into the case management system 2. Providing administrative support to solicitors when required 3. Audio typing of documents, letters and emails 4. Staffing Reception/managing phone calls and ensuring calls are directed to the relevant staff member 5. Meeting and greeting clients and visitors 6. Assisting clients with phone/face-to-face enquiries 7. Arranging appointments for solicitors and ensuring same are entered into calendars 8. Ensuring Reception and client waiting area are maintained in a neat and tidy at all times 9. Preparation of documents 10. Diary management in respect of court dates and client meetings 11. Maintaining client files to include filing and opening and closing of files 12. Reception and administration duties 13. Scanning 14. Producing briefs and instructions to Counsel 15. Billing and invoicing 16. Any other duties as required by solicitors or nominated person to undertake other duties from time to time.
