• Preparation and organisation of legal documents
• Formatting briefs, letters, and various legal documents
• Corresponding with clients
• Transcribing dictation
• Diary management
• Analysing, researching, and summarising legal information
• Filing, invoicing & general administrative support
• Other ad hoc activities as required

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum of 2 years’ legal secretarial experience in a busy office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work on own initiative and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Case Management systems is a distinct advantage
• Must have billing experience using 3E or an equivalent billing system
• Possesses a keen eye for detail and accuracy
• Highly motivated, with the ability to manage a high workload, multitask, and prioritise tasks
