Their dedication to people, community, and professional excellence sets them apart in the legal sector.The Role:A leading law firm is seeking a professional and proactive Legal Secretary to support its busy Property Litigation team based in Truro. This position involves providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to a team of legal experts, contributing to the efficient delivery of services to high-profile clients.The role offers some Hybrid working with 4 days a week in the Truro OfficeResponsibilities of the Legal Secretary include:

• Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Property Litigation team, including diary management, billing and client liaison
• Prepare court bundles, manage file openings and undertake general legal admin
• Coordinate debt chasing and assist with document handling and case preparation
• Deliver high-quality support while ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are managed effectively

Requirements of the Legal Secretary include:

• Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably within a busy legal practice
• Highly organised and motivated, with a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, professional environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on client care
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); previous legal or administrative experience is desirable
