We are currently hiring on behalf of our client, a leader in the legal sector for a Corporate Legal Secretary to join their office in Dublin 2.This is an opportunity to join a team of secretaries supporting the Corporate Practice division. Due to the nature of the role, previous experience working as a Legal Secretary is essential.Key responsibilities:

• Providing administrative support to solicitors, working closely to proactively resolve any issues which may arrive
• Diary management, ensuring efficient use of solicitors time
• Utilising the document management system to add and maintain files
• Drafting and formating legal documents
• Handling incoming calls and emails and directing to the appropriate teams
• Dictaphone typing as required
• General administrative support

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Legal Secretary role is essential
• Commitment to a permanent legal secretary position – please note that this will not suit a candidate pursuing their FE1’s
• Excellent typing skills with a minimum of of 65+ words per minute
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills
• Full working authorisation in Ireland, unfortunately we are unable to offer sponsorship
