As part of their Corporate department, they are seeking a highly skilled Legal Secretary to provide essential support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Duties include:
– Produce high-quality documentation efficiently using Microsoft Word.
– Manage files through the Document Management System, including opening new files and maintaining existing ones.
– Draft and redraft documents as required.
– Proactively support solicitors by managing diaries and communicating effectively to address any issues.
– Take telephone messages and manage client relationships professionally.
– Provide administrative support, including filing, archiving, and general office tasks.Key Skills and Requirements
– 2-3 years Legal Secretarial experience
– Demonstrates a professional manner and approach.
– Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
– Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
