Your main missions will be :

• Assist lawyers and directors in all secretarial tasks
• Follow-up of client files
• Organise appointments, meetings and sessions
• Prepare and write legal correspondence
• Take minutes of meetings and appointments
• Invoicing
• Archiving

International and multicultural environment |English and French fluency

• Experience as a secretary
• CFC or equivalentcertificate or diploma
• English proficiency and French fluent (or advanced), and Spanish a plus
• Great adaptation and ability to handle simultaneous requests
• Great writing skills and rigour
• Autonomy and hands-on, and also working as a team and collaborative mindset
